My basic policy is that I want to see you happy and satisfied with what you see here, what you buy, how it comes to you, and how it helps enhance your home!

So if there is any way I can make my site, business practices or product appeal better, it would mean a lot to me if you would let me know.

Now, some details:

Response time. If you send me a note, I try to respond within 48 hours of receipt. If I do not, it may be that I'm out of the country and cannot access my webmail. If that seems likely, I'll have an automatic response sent to let you know that it may take a bit longer.

Returns. If for any reason products you order arrive damaged, please either refuse shipment (if you can see it) or return them COD within seven days of receipt. If you must send them postage paid, I'll reimburse you for the costs.

If you place the product in your home and you do not think it's a perfect fit for what you want or envisioned, you have one week (seven calendar days from the date you receive shipment) to return it to me in its original package, and I'll refund your money, less postage.

If products you return to me have been obviously used, I reserve the right to refuse to accept them; in that case, no refund should be expected.

Legal stuff. The following is unfortunate but necessary terms of use information that must be listed:

Your use (accessing, browsing, buying, etc.) of this site is your legal agreement to the policies, terms and conditions below. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including exports and re-exports control regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STORE OWNERS, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
