I began this little company after years of holding a dream of wanting to bring my love of European home decoration accents to other people like me: who enjoy a little touch here and there in our homes that evoke a sense of the Old World, of places we've either been to or would love to visit.

I have seen many "French-style" decorations that looked French, but were made elsewhere. So one of the most important things to me is to find goods that are made in Europe. My most recent buying trip was to the South of France just to look for and meet local artisans that represent the best of European design, history, and workmanship. Many of the items I discovered on this trip were not only stunning--but represented generations of craft, passed on from parent to child.

I do not carry a large inventory; many of my items listed in the catalog are one-of-a-kind. So if you see something you like but it turns out to have been sold, please let me know, so I can seek out another item for you on my next trip.
